Road works on the Chapel Road will start on Monday 17th January (for 2 weeks approx.). All traffic going to Rosses Community School is asked to use LIDL Road and allow for delays.

Mary from Dungloe International Festival: The AGM for the Mary from Dungloe International Festival will take place on Monday 24th January at 8.00 p.m. in Ionad Teampall Chróine. Everyone welcome and all traders are encouraged to attend. Any outstanding contributions should be given to PJ Sweeney or Martina O’Donnell in advance of this date for inclusion in the trader’s contributions report.

Ionad Spóirt Na Rosann: Gym Membership is currently available at the prices of €30 for one month and €70 for three months. Public hours are Monday to Friday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. A casual usage rate of €4 per adult or €3 for students is also available during the current opening times. I.C.A. Meetings: From Tuesday 18th January Dungloe I.C.A. meetings will be held in the Community Hall Cois Locha, Gweedore Rd. at 8.00 p.m. sharp until further notice.

Roshine National School are holding a Children’s Variety Concert in Ionad An Mhachaire on Friday 21st January at 7.00 p.m. Admission: Adults €10, Students €5 and Family rate €25

Honda 50: Maghery will be the venue for a Honda 50 bike run on this Sun 16th. Registration takes place at the Strand View Bar at 12 noon with Kick Start at 1.00 pm sharp. Returning to StrandView Bar for refreshments. All bikes welcome.

Maghery Art Class: A seven week art class will run every Monday morning at 11.00 am. Duration of each session is 2.5/3 hours, each class will complete a project from start to finish. Work produce from these classes will be on display at the Maghery Art’n’Craft sale & exhibition in July.

Classes (Maghery): Names are now been taken for the following Classes in Feb’11 – Digital Photography, Creel Making, Occupational First Aid and Cookery. All classes are open to male and female participants over 18 yrs of age and are part funded by the Donegal VEC Adult Community Education Service.

Ionad Teampall Chróine: Irish Classes: Registration for new participants is on this Wednesday 19th January at 7.00pm upstairs in Ionad Teampall Chróine. Individuals will be sorted into classes by the teacher who will be present on the night. Fee for one term : €50.00.

Ranganna Gaeilge agus T.E.G. :Beidh an Oíche Clárú fa choinne na ranganna Gaeilge ar siúl in Ionad Teampall Chróine ar an Céadaoin seo chugann 19ú Eanair ag 7.00in. Beidh muinteoir i lathair an oíche sin, agus cuirfidh na daoíne atá i lathair istigh in ranganna difriúil. Táille an duine €50.00.
